We came home late last night from vacation and NO HEAT! Called Standridge early this morning and they sent Lance right over. He diagnosed the problems, installed a new thermostat and repaired a low-voltage shortage problem. All was completed before noon. This has been our experience with Standridge for almost 20 years. They are always available and fair priced for service calls as well as new heat and A/C systems. We would never think of calling anyone else!

Bought my home 2 years ago........I have used these folks three times now.  Two times for routine service visits, (before winter for heaters and before summers with a/c).  Their work was thorough and expedient and price was fair. The 3rd time my downstairs unit stopped cooling and they came out the next morning and diagnosed low pressure, ie, low refrigerant level.  30 minutes and 2 lbs of refrigerant later I was cooling again. My units are old, 30 year Rudd units, (yea that in itself is amazing), and Standridge has been servicing them almost from the beginning. I have the records from previous owner(s). When I eventually need to replace these units Standridge will be the first call I make. Technicians are always on time and professional.

Our air just stopped yesterday (on a Sunday) -- with over 100 heat index! We had a return call by 7 a.m. Monday morning, the repairman was at our door by 10 a.m., diagnosed the problem and we are cooling down by 11 a.m. Professional response, professional service! We have a new annual contract with this company!
