Standridge Heating & Air proudly offers annual maintenance plans that include two maintenance visits, one during the warmer months and another during the cooling months. Our maintenance plans include 24-hour emergency services along with a 15 percent discount on parts and services.

HVAC Maintenance Plan | Hot Springs

During one of these visits, our technicians will thoroughly inspect and clean the HVAC unit to help increase system efficiency. This inspection includes a check of mechanical and electrical components, a refrigerant level check, drain and condensation line cleaning, a filter check, coil cleaning and thermostat calibration.


Our technicians can also answer any questions or concerns customers have about maintaining their HVAC system.


In addition to our annual maintenance plans, we also provide residential duct cleaning services to help remove allergens and airborne contaminants from the air.
